1. License & Use of the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Chat AI App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App solely in compliance with all relevant local and international laws.

To use Chat AI, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before downloading or interacting with the chatbot.

2. Accounts & Syncing

Creating an account within Chat AI is optional. However, to synchronize your chat history sessions, save custom virtual assistants across multiple devices, and protect premium membership state, an account registration may be required.

If you choose to create an account, you must provide valid registration credentials. You are entirely responsible for protecting your account keys and passwords. We are not liable for any unauthorized activity occurring under your account.

3. Premium Membership & Subscriptions

While the basic version of Chat AI provides access to conversational tools, we offer a paid Premium Membership to unlock advanced capabilities, including:

• An entirely ad-free conversational environment
• VIP Priority Customer Support
• Unlimited chat queries and higher rate limits
• Early access to state-of-the-art Large Language Models

All in-app purchases, monthly subscriptions, and corresponding payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Any billing, renewal, and refund requests are subject to the terms and rules of the respective App Store and must be managed directly through your Apple ID or Google Account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

All graphical assets, icons, robot avatars, code structures, interface design, logo marks, and proprietary technologies belong entirely to the developer. You may not copy, capture, or distribute our design tokens without explicit authorization.

Your Input and Output: You own the queries/prompts you type into the App. Subject to your strict adherence to these terms, you are granted ownership rights to the specific chatbot outputs generated for you by the AI models.

6. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend, lock, or permanently delete your account and revoke your access keys to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we identify active breaches of these terms or if your actions jeopardize the security of our platform.

7. Absolute Disclaimers

THE APP AND THE GENERATED AI SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND CONTINUOUS UPTIME. YOUR INTERACTION WITH THE BOT IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPERS, LICENSORS, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES) ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR INTERACTION WITH THE APP, EVEN IF WE WERE WARNED OF THE RISK OF SUCH DAMAGE.

9. Governing Law

These terms, policies, and any associated actions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer resides, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any legal disputes must be filed in courts located within our home jurisdiction.
